19 years later another earthquake near Scotts Mills, OR

This evening just before 10pm PDT the region around Scotts Mills, Oregon (near Woodburn) was again shaken by an earthquake. It was on the same fault that hosted the spring break quake of March, 1993.  That event (Mag 5.6) did some considerable damage in the region including damage to the Capital in Salem.  Tonight's event, only a magnitude 3.5 earthquake was not big enough to do any significant damage.  An hour after the event several hundred people had reported it being felt on the DYFI WEB page from just north of Portland to almost Salem.
