New look for PNSN.org coming December 11th
We’re excited to share that the newly redesigned PNSN.org will officially go live on Thursday, December 11th. Our team has been working behind the scenes to modernize the site while keeping the tools and resources our community relies on. The result is a clean, updated look that makes it easier to explore earthquakes across the Pacific Northwest.
The new site includes all the features you are familiar with, including real-time earthquake information, event pages, station details, and research resources. Several upgrades are also coming. Our interactive seismogram tools now offer smoother performance and more intuitive controls. The earthquake catalog search has been rebuilt to allow deeper and more flexible filtering, helping everyone from residents to researchers find the data they need. Many of the most important under the hood improvements and updates allow for better stability, faster load times, and a platform ready for future growth.
To celebrate the launch, we are sharing a sneak-peek video below that highlights the new front-page design. Thank you for being part of our community and for continuing to rely on the PNSN for trusted earthquake information.
